CATESBY PROPOSAL
LAST CHANCE
TO STOP 90 NEW HOMES RUINING OUR VILLAGE
94% OF MARSH RESIDENTS OBJECT TO MEGA DEVELOPMENT
What?
Last summer, we conducted a village survey to find out the views of the village on a 90-house development at the back of Little Marsh Road and Station Road. The housing development would be built directly on top of green agricultural fields, destroying our beautiful countryside.
Our survey revealed that 94% of villagers object to the development, on the grounds of loss of village identity, environmental factors, road damage / road safety, and water / sewage challenges.
We also emailed our personal objections to the developer - Catesby Homes, which was ignored. Catesby Homes have now put in an official planning application to Bucks Council.
This means we are now in a position to formally object, by telling the council why we feel the housing development is unsuitable and unsustainable for our small, community-strong village.
Why?
Catesby Homes didn’t listen to us. So, this is our LAST CHANCE to hope Bucks Council will hear our voices and help us stop the plans being approved.
Remember, this objection is different to last time. Last time, we were addressing the housing developer directly. We are now objecting to Bucks Council. So, if you emailed your objection last time, you will need to do so again.
When?
We need your help by the 17th of April. Beyond this date, our objections hold no impact.
